For eligible units sold through Broke Works, we warrant that the equipment will perform its essential functions under normal residential use for 30 calendar days from the date payment is successfully completed, subject to the exclusions below.
“Normal residential use” means typical homeowner tasks consistent with the tool's design (for example, DIY cutting, drilling, or mowing an average residential lot). It does not include commercial job sites, rental fleets, continuous industrial operation, racing, modified electrical systems, or use clearly outside manufacturer-intended applications.
If a covered defect arises during the warranty period, we will work with you in good faith to remedy the issue — which may include repair, replacement with a comparable unit if available, or another fair resolution depending on inventory and the nature of the failure.
This limited warranty does not cover, among other things:

This warranty is not transferable unless we agree in writing. It gives you specific rights; you may also have other rights under local law. See also our Terms of service.
